All Cubimos can be healed with food and potions.You can also craft different powerful Nectars with Cubimo Plant, Cactus and Flower Matter. Tamed Cubimos can not die but incapacitated non-tamed Cubimos will despawn after 5 minutes or if you hit them 3 times.
