Information you choose to share

Our application form asks for your name, email address, location, resume and portfolio links, role interests, availability, and an introduction. If you select “Other” as your role, we also ask you to specify it.

If you contact us for support, your message may include your contact details, device, Minecraft version, game information, screenshots, or videos that you choose to provide.

Please send only information relevant to your application or support request. Do not include passwords, payment card details, government identification, or other sensitive personal information.

How Cyclone uses this information

Application information is used to review your application and contact you about it. Support messages are used to understand your request, investigate reported problems, and reply to you.

Sharing feedback helps us understand players’ experiences and ideas for upcoming updates. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Forms, email, and spam protection

The website uses Webflow to host pages and process form submissions. Application submissions are stored through Webflow and notifications are sent to Cyclone at contact@cyclonedesigns.net.

Cloudflare Turnstile and spam filtering help protect the forms from automated submissions. These services may process technical information to operate and protect the website.

Resume links and external services

Our form accepts a link to your resume, rather than a file upload. Make sure the link lets Cyclone view the document, and check the sharing settings of the service hosting it. Anyone else who has access to that link may also be able to view the file, depending on those settings.

This website includes YouTube videos and links to services such as Minecraft Marketplace, Discord, Notion, and Bucket of Crabs. Embedded videos and external services may process information under their own privacy terms. Information you post in a community channel may be visible to other community members.

Questions, corrections, and deletion requests

To ask how information you submitted is being used, correct application details, withdraw an application, or request deletion of information you sent to Cyclone, email contact@cyclonedesigns.net. Tell us which submission or request you are referring to, using the email address you originally provided where possible.

For information submitted directly to another service, such as Discord or the store where you bought content, use that service’s own account controls or support channels.
